Service use
RegionFare is an informational tool that compares publicly available prices across different countries' versions of booking websites. It does not sell tickets, take bookings, or process payments. You are responsible for your own booking decisions.
No booking guarantee
Prices and availability change constantly on third-party platforms such as Skyscanner, Google Flights, Kiwi.com, Momondo, Kayak, Trip.com, eDreams and Booking.com. A price shown on RegionFare is what we observed at the time of the search and may differ by the time you reach the booking site. We cannot guarantee that any price we display will still be available, or that it can be booked from your country or with your payment method.
No warranty
RegionFare is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information shown will be accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RegionFare is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any lost savings, missed fares, booking costs or travel disruption arising from your use of the service or from reliance on prices displayed. RegionFare is provided free of charge.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use RegionFare to break the law, and not to use automated means to overload, scrape or disrupt the service.
Independence
RegionFare is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the booking platforms or airlines whose prices it compares. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
External links
RegionFare directs you to third-party websites to complete a booking. Once you leave RegionFare, that site's own terms and privacy policy apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and any dispute relating to them is subject to the courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the latest version.
